Just Good AI Design

AI can turn an idea into working software faster than ever. Speed is no longer the hard part. Making something distinctive is.

Our creative edge

Creativity isn’t a service we added. It’s how we approach everything we make.

That’s why Design has a division of its own. It’s where we imagine products before anyone asks for them, follow ideas for their own sake, and hold our work to a higher visual standard. Whatever we build, in any part of the company, is better for it.

Same tools, different direction

Most AI-generated software works. Too much of it looks the same.

Generic results come from generic input. References, intent and careful judgement change what AI produces. It’s a question we keep coming back to, though far from the only one we explore.

Generic input What AI tends to produce when nobody gives it direction.
Clear direction The same tools, guided by references, intent and taste.

What we explore

  1. Distinctive software01

Applications and interfaces with a clear visual identity, made to be enjoyed as much as used.

  2. Creative workflows02

New ways of working where AI speeds up production and people stay in charge of the direction.

  3. Products with character03

Digital products that look and feel like themselves, not like the template they started from.

  4. Tools for better design04

Tools that help AI-generated design become more original, more consistent and more considered.

  5. New combinations05

Experiments in how references, creative direction and AI-assisted development can work together.
